Sister B K Sunita is giving a presentation on Living Values to the teachers of Adams English Medium School which is located in
Surat, in Gujarat state. The Presentation was held from 5th to 9th June, 2000. After this
presentation, the school made Living Values a compulsory subject for students from 6th to 9th standard.
Two selected poems written by the students are below.
A Living Values Trained Educators Training was held in the Seven Days Adventist
School for 80 of its staff teachers. The school is located in Surat, in Gujarat
state in India. The programme was from 18th April, 1999 to 23rd April, 1999.
Among those involved with the programme were the President, Dr. M.S. Jeremiah, Adventist School and
College, BK Sunita, BK Avani, Dean of the Adventist College, Mr. Nageshwar Rao,
BK Taunk and Mr. Maxwell, Dean of the students.
Dr. Jeremiah had attended the New Horizons in Education Conference held in
Shantivan in October this year. He was invited as a speaker for the Plenary session on Living
Values.

Peace is sweet,
It's a medicine,
That gives sweet sleep.
Stars are in Peace,
Moon is in Peace,
Then why don't we
Share the enjoyment of Peace!
Good for everything,

It's my praise,

That we should be
In a peaceful phase.
Stars look nice,
When they shine,
We look nice,
When we are peace & divine.
