
Before we can take responsibility for external roles and tasks, we must acknowledge our responsibility towards our own thoughts, emotions, and inner conversations. Participants reflected on how much they owe themselves during moments of personal dialogue, how they speak to themselves, especially in times of difficulty or self-doubt.
